What, in general, is the order of play? If its teams of superheroes, does each player take a turn for one character on a turn, or every character on a turn? Or is there simultaneous action selection? Or something else? What phases are there in a turn?
As best I recall, each game lasted a set number of rounds (usually between 8 and 10). A round consisted of a number of turns roughly equal to the number of characters currently in play--though certain actions frequently disrupted the regular order. A turn consisted of one player activating one character. Activating was called "spending." After all characters in play had been spent, the round was concluded and a new one begun.
The structure was pretty nifty. It had a sort of built-in speeder-upper that increased the dramatic tension of the game as the battles approached their conclusion.
