Some corners of my tiles in poor condition, does anyone tried to laminate the tiles? Is it possible?

Not with a standard laminator I don't think. There are laminators that can handle thicker paper and card but I don't know if they're be able to handle the thickness of a game board. Besides, you would get terrible glare on the board making it hard to see, I'd generally recommend against trying it.

If you want to protect the boards, better to go with a matte-finish spray varnish, something like this:

Alternatively you can paint on a layer of white wood glue (PVA), it will dry clear but it will be harder to get a nice even finish without brush strokes than it would be with a spray.

And it is possible that some wood glues darkens after a while.
I think trying a varnish could be a good Idea.
