Welcome to ONUW #10: BMAFI
Guess the acronym, win a geekgold!
One Night Ultimate Werewolf is a simple and fun Werewolf variant that only has one night and one day. For more info about the game, look here:
Overview
Roles
Official Rules (Note: we are playing with a variant Tanner and Minion, as indicated below)
The win conditions for players are as follows:
- the Villager Team wins if at least one Werewolf, but no Tanners, die
- the Werewolf Team wins if no Werewolves and no Tanners die
- each Tanner wins individually if individually die (which causes all players who are not a dead Tanner to lose)
But what if...:
- ...all Werewolf cards are in the Reserve? The Villagers must instead kill the Minion.
- ...all evil cards are in the Reserve? The non-Tanner Villagers must all vote "no kill" in order to win. If any non-Tanner Villager nominates someone for the kill, votes are counted as normal (resulting in an Evil or Tanner win). But don't worry about it, it won't happen.
There will be three more roles than there are players. The specific roleset will be decided by the players in the game.
The Order of Night Actions:
#1: Doppelganger
#2: Werewolves
#3: Minion
#4: Masons
#5: Seer
#6: Robber
#6A: 2nd Robber
#7: Troublemaker
#8: Drunk
#9: Insomniac
Timeline:
- Signups: feel free to post in-thread as necessary
- Night phase: when we are ready to start, I will post that the night phase has started. Game-related posting in-thread is not allowed. You have ~24 hours to respond with your night action; after that, a random choice will be made for you. (Note: the Doppelganger's action may require multiple decisions--allocate your response time accordingly or submit conditional orders based on what target you get.)
- Day phase: when all night actions are complete, I will post that the day phase has started. Posting in-thread is allowed but not mandatory (although highly encouraged). The day phase will end after ~24 hours.
- Final voting: after the end of the Day Phase, you will have 1 additional hour to finalize your vote. No posting in-thread during Final Voting. Results will be posted shortly thereafter.
- The Brady Rule: All times will be given in the BGG default timezone, U.S. Central (currently CDT).

The sign-up instructions wrote: When you sign up, tell me:
- what role you would like added to the set
- the minimum number of people you will play with
- any restrictions you have on phase deadlines
If you don't, I'll add you with a random role, a minimum number of 3+, and no deadline restrictions.
We will start when we have enough people signed up whose minimum threshold is satisfied. I will add the three remaining roles to flush out the game.
