I am trying to come up with a 200 point list, i cannot decide between these two.

If you go with the Borg list, you almost MUST have the Tactical Drone + Assimilation Tubules on one of the ships. Otherwise you'll run the risk of going down to bad combos, etc.

If I was going with the Klingon list, I'd strip down almost all the unnecessary upgrades. You should be able to get 5 big/mid Klingon ships (i.e., no Somraw/Groth) all with good captains, a 6th Valdore with Donatra, the Klingon flagship, and maybe even have some points to spare for some Interphase Generator(s). That will hit harder than 3 or 4 ships loaded with upgrades.

Throwing that many attack dice with that number of hit points I can survive a fair few waves.

The four ships were designed to work together. Cloak mines and nuclear mines were the only space filler.
