If you could pick three games to bring back in print, which would they be? (Pick games that are genuinely out of print, not just between printings.)

I was thinking of setting up a Geeklist with a polling mechanism that would function as a NCAA-tournament style bracket (probably with only 32 games to start out). I'd really like to know the BGG consensus on which game should most quickly come back in print. Has anybody ever done anything like this before?

My picks would be:
El Grande
Torres
St. Petersburg

6 days left on the crowdfunding campaign for Saint Petersburg: https://www.spiele-offensive.de/Spieleschmiede/Sankt-Petersb...

You've asked for it, and now it's time: The new edition of Saint Petersburg is finally here! Including a new game phase, new illustrations, and many more extras. This project has always had a special place in our hearts, having been requested so often by so many gamers. But despite the oft expressed interest, up to now we were never able to measure if enough support for a new edition actually existed. Now we at Hans im Glück, with the help of Spieleschmiede, would like to give a beautiful new life to Saint Petersburg.

Wow. You just caused my mind two explode:
1. St. Petersburg is getting reprinted!
2. There is crowd funding outside of Kickstarter!

Anyway, my 3 would be Colosseum, Star Wars: The Queen's Gambit, and HeroQuest.

3. Crowd funding or "Praenumeration" actually began in Germany in 1728 ...
... so lets not give Kickstarter all the "credit"

Robin Hood, which is, soon, by Tom Vasel's crew, I think, but with a different theme, maybe.
Dark Tower.. probably not. Ever.

Nomad Gods
Lords of the Renaissance (with real components - and no, the pax remake ain't gonna do it)
Mohawk

Not a lot else that I'm feeling I'd likely pay new costs for out of the dustheaps.
I've picked up most of my grails, and real desires. Mohawk probably
doesn't even need it - but the others could use a serious component upgrade.

If it was games that SHOULD be put back in print (as opposed to selfish
desires) the list would be quite different.

That's exciting, although the fact that it has been six months since that thread with no more word makes me a bit skeptical. I've also heard rumbles of a reprint for Brazil (although that obviously wouldn't be of much use to us in the US).

I've come to peace with out of print games. I'm glad that I no longer worry about which come back into print, if any. It's bad enough worrying about which in-print games to buy.

I'm too new, and/or not a big collector to have a lot of input on this, but from what I've read, I'd like to see a reprint of Ascending Empires , I wouldn't mind spending a little xtra to have top-of-the-line board material either.
