All:

As I go to decorate the walls of our basement gaming room with gaming art, I decided it would also be neat if I could do something with the adjoining bathroom.

I was hoping the community would be able to post links to pictures or photos here on BGG (or elsewhere) that I can legally print out and use for my own decoration. I have found a handful that I like, but I suspect many of you have seen things that I am missing and more is always better.

I have found the Agricola Outhouse improvement card, which I thought would garner a chuckle, but could use more ideas.

I would like anything you think would work, but things that involve water, plumbing or pipes, bathtubs, showers, soap, even toilets & sinks, would be ideal. Anything bathroom related (again, please keep it clean!) It can be indirectly related to these things as well.

Thanks in advance for helping out!

In the Thirsty Meeple Cafe in Oxford they have a Bathroom mirror frame made with Carcassonne tiles (done in a way that they form a continuous circuit around the mirror) I imagine they've coated them with some form of varnish to make them wipe-able. I think it looked like they were stuck directly to the wall.

Looked so good that I had to take my daughter to the bathroom to show her!

I imagine there are quite a few other tile games which would also suitable if Carcassonne wasn't your thing.

Sounds like the perfect wall paper.

Make sure to have a hex-tiled floor, so people can play a quick game of
SFB in there whilst doing other business:

You could set up a sign that says "Please Wait Your Turn".

I do hope you end up clipping your counters, too.

I'm pondering, and I hate myself for even suggesting it, but pinterest might be your best option for finding things initially. A little easier and more searchable than say google for this more specific request.

I was actually going to mention that exact same thing (small world!) as it is really does look pretty good. I think they just took a wide framed mirror and stuck the tiles around the side - though to be honest I didn't take that close a look to see if they they coated them with anything.

Regardless, it looks pretty neat!

(edited because responding to a forum post on your phone is a terrible idea!)

The Babylon Project was our last best hope for peace. It failed. In the year of the Shadow War, it became something greater, our last best hope for victory.

The bathtub from Waterworks would make a nice soap dish, but so would several card holders out there, like the lime green one from the old Mille Borne.

The mirror thing is interesting. I do mosaics and have been planning a "junk mosaic" mirror frame out of assorted game pieces. Tell me your color scheme and ill send you a bag of bits for price of shipping. I imagine you could google image game mosaic for ideas.

There must have been a moment at the beginning, where we could have said no. Somehow we missed it. Well, we'll know better next time.

OK a lot of my ideas are humorous, "tasteful" is subjective so YMMV

Pecunia non olet is about managing Roman toilets, the box cover at least has an image you could use, not sure about the cards:

Glory to Rome has many bathroom related buildings - latrine, baths, sewer... and with all the many versions out there you could find a lot of different styles of art browsing the galleries, here are just a few:

And how about Piss Boy from Guillotine?

Finally, 7 Wonders: Manneken Pis
