When a company is in insolvency, can it buy the last train from another company? Or does the rule apply that a company with a train (in this case the leased train) cannot buy the last train from another company?

I'll have to quickly check the rules, but I'm pretty sure it can.

The "leased train" isn't owned by the insolvent company, and it is effectively given back prior to the train-buying phase.
