I looked for an answer to this but couldn't find it.

In the Small/Medium games, do the companies get to count the placed Red Tiles when they Nationalize?

i.e. We are playing a two player France/Spain game. Does a major company in France get to count the Red Berlin and Red London Tiles (They are a bundle of cash value)?

These Red Tiles are like New York. They count for no Region. So You may not count them for any National Railroad.

My favorite 18xx game for six players is two games of 1846 with three players each.

But note that the special Munich tile is an exception---it does count for Austria in the scenario where it is used.
