In my opinion, yes and yes. My father, a new gamer, beat me on the last card. It was a very fun 2 player experience.

My wife likes it best with 2 because there's more strategy and ability to predict your opponent. I like it better with 4 because it's one of those games where the more chaotic it is the funnier it is.

I couldn't have put it better, I like to embrace the chaos of 3/4 player, but two is good game in a different way.

I have only played once, but it was a very compelling game. If there had been more time, we would have played several more games.

I think it played quite well with 2.
