Another question about the game. There's 10 influence on the capo card: 4 brown influence, 3 orange and 3 neutral. All of the brown influence is removed. Who controls the capo, brown or orange?

Nobody, but that also means that control of the capo ring does not change. Brown will still get to use the capo ring to break ties. However, nobody will be getting to use the ability, if there is one, or gain the respect and income from the capo.

The rules are very clear about this. Neutral influence always wins the tie.

From version 1.2 of the rules:

Quote:
Gangsters will NOT have a controlling player in either of the following situations:
• There are no Influence marker s on the Gangster.
• The most (or tied for most) Influence markers on a Gangster are Neutral Influence markers

well that was a rule change. as in the original rules clearly states neutral has to be the most. Thanks for the the clarification so we can play the game right. We played yesterday and I got the win by 1 point!
