So I did an Ora et Labora insert. The explanation is in the pic captions, I made an insert cover which can be used as card display, so you can pass the building cards freely to anyone.

Not very good at this but I hope this helps:

Insert is 305 x 215 x 65mm
Token organizer is 203x203x31mm, with containers measuring 61x44mm internally
Card stand is 294 x 204mm, with bars at one side and then at each 68mm
Card box was made measuring the cards, 80 x 56 x 24mm
And finally, the little wood token box is 53 x 43 x 23mm, but I would advise you to do it a bit wider so the tokens can fit better.

This little box is important to help keep the card stand in place, as the lid of the token organizer.
