Hi everyone,

Does anyone know what the underlined factions letters denote in the "Event Text and Background" section of the playbook? For some cards, certain factions are underlined and I cannot figure out the pattern.

You can access the playbook online at this link to see for yourself: http://www.gmtgames.com/adistantplain/ADP-PLAYBOOK-FINAL.pdf

Thanks!

Adam

The underlined letter corresponds to the faction or faction symbol with the "halo" on the card.
See 8.4 in the rules for what this means; generally, it means special instructions or text for that faction.

Oh okay, looks like it only affects non-players? I haven't played without 4 people, so haven't explored that yet.

Yes, this relates only to non-player factions.
