If I have Persistence and Struggle for survival and I am attacking an amoebas with Escape, can I get a second chance to attack him if he succeeded to escape?

I'm going to say no, because he moves away. However, you could attack another amoeba in your space.

Definitely not, the amoeba has gotten away. But yes you could attack another amoeba grazing in the same square.

The tricksy question you *really* want to be asking is:
"what if I have HOLDING, and Struggle for Survival, so I can follow an amoeba who tries to escape?"

In that case, the attack has failed as they moved out of the square you attacked them in... HOWEVER ... when you using Holding to follow them, you can eat in the new square if there's enough food, or if there isn't, perhaps whip out your Persistence gene and attack a second time.
