Your question is not clear...

But you can't attack attach Seeking Dispel to an equipment.

If you mean if you can spellbind it to Mage Wand, yes you can, but I don't get the "to protect it".

The question is ¿ is there another way to "protect" the mage wand or another equipment to be destroyed?

Stay out of range for the spells that destroy items, Dissolve has range 1 IIRC. Also a nullify will protect you, because Dissolve targets the mage.
Then there is the enchantment Armor Ward, which makes it more expensive to destroy your equipment, thus it acts as a kind of a deterrent.

And then there's the "Armor Ward" conjuration enchantmant that makes it more expensive to destroy your equipment.
