When you are counting the population and employment tracks, are you simply counting which spot you are on, or what is printed? In other words, do you start counting the population track at 2? And if so, what do you start counting the employment track at? 0? 1?

Thanks!

Hi, use the printed number to both population and employment. This question is on the FAQ 2.0. Download it to play correctly. Thanks!

Just want to make sure I understand...the rules state that you can't have your employment track higher than your population track. However, the population track maxes out at 20 (that's what's printed on the last space) and the employment track maxes out at 24 (that's what's printed on the last space). However, you would never be able to go to the last spot on employment if I use the printed number.

So, what am I not understanding?? Sorry for being dense.

No problem. You are seeing 24 prestige points, not 24 employment. Right?

Yes, it is 24 prestige points...so what does that last space count for on the employment track? Is it 24? Or is it something else? Same question for the population track.

The employment last space is 19 employment and the last population space is 20 population. Use the pop track'a number to count pop and employment. Forget the prestige point number to count employment level.
