So a Trocha:

-grants a +1 die for it's garrisoned unit when searching either adjacent province

-inflicts a -1 DRM to the Cuban combat roll when attacking it

-allows a general stationed inside to active troops in either adjacent province and within the trocha itself

Are those all of the advantages? Are there more? Do they also block movement to Cuban units?

As you mention in your last sentence, Trochas might also block Cuban movement. Whenever a Cuban unit attempts to move over an occupied Trocha it has to roll a success to move into the adjacent province, if it fails the roll it does not move. Regardless of the roll, the Cuban unit(s) have a target marker placed on them.

Other than that, you listed all the benefits a Trocha gives.

Okay, thanks...I thought I had read something about blocking movement, but could not find it again in the rules. Much obliged!
