I've been thinking of releasing a series of WWI miniatures in commemoration of the upcoming centennial. Unfortunately, I know next to nothing about wargames (I deal in RPGs and RPG accessories) and was wondering if there are any good 1/60 scale WWI games that the miniatures could be used with.

25mm is a bit dated now, 28mm is a more popular scale.

As to games, no games I can think of but rules?

I have Bloody Picnic, I have also used a DBA based set for both WW1 and the Russian civil war. there are a few others but no many.
