In an attempt to achieve some language independence with the cards I opted for iconography which appears to be causing some early confusion. In order to offer some clarity, I hope this helps:

Driving Range: Standard income from course plus £2. 1VP at end game scoring. NB: if a player has developed no course cards, but has built the driving range, taking the income option in Phase 3 will earn £2 (not £3). The £1 minimum income only applies to players who would otherwise earn £0.

Buggy Hire: Standard income from course plus current total par of that player's developed course cards divided by 5 (rounded up in £). 2VP at game end.

Pro Shop: Standard income from course plus number of holes developed by that player (in £). 3VP at game end.
