Is that when ending a round need to change the starting player?
Is that just passing the maker to the left handside player?

Yes, the start player token passes on to the player to the left of the start player at the end of the leg scoring. The first player token is the scarab beetle that was in the centre of the pyramid on the punch board.

The token goes NOT to the player to the left of the start player! It goes to the player to the left of the player who picked up the last pyramide tile!

So the start player token is just a reminder who is next in usual turn order.

Wow, judging by the number of likes to your post I bet this rule gets butchered a lot. At least we did it. The game seems to work fine even if you just change the starting player in order from left to right, but we will follow the correct rule in the future.
