Hey guys,
Im looking to get this game, but my gaming group perfers to use Items instead of cardboard tokens.. For example, we use Sheep/Wood/brick/stone meeples for playing Catan.. and some charachter meeples for Smash up counters.. we have even replaced the Cars and "objective tokens" in zombiecide with minuature cars and meeples that are X's..

They just like the physical objects better then cards and cardboard tokens.

I was wondering if you guys have any idead where i can pick up some things to replace some of Decents cardboard tokens..

I was thinking it might be neat to have an actual treasure chest sitting in a room that might give treasure.. or some Heart tokens to replace the damage ones.. that kind of thing..

We are just getting into this game as mentioned, so Im not familiar what people do for these in other RPG games, or recources on the web of where to buy things like this.

We arnt so dedicated to the game we will sit and paint our minis, but are looking for a more indepth game with the RPG elements, so adding some physical tokens will make it that much better of a game for us

Any input would be great! Thanks!

You might want to ask on the regular Descent 2nd edition forum, but Reaper miniatures sells its Bones plastic miniatures, as cheaper versions of metal figures.

Treasure chests:

Tombstones:

Also search on altar and townsfolk.

Heart token thread on BGG:

Or even KS counters, especially if you have an artist in your group...

EDIT: Also found these tokens, primarily for Eurogames!
