I like sembei (rice crackers), but I really like the tins that they come in when you want to give a nice gift. Even more so now that I've converted most of my fleet to the magnetic gimbal mounts from the Aerodrome. The newer planes can be left on their stands, sitting on the bottom of the tin, while the converted planes can attach themselves to the ceiling.

Hey Jeffery,

I just got in to this game and was wondering where you recommend to purchase miniatures from. I'm up in Tokyo, so wondering if there is any online retailers you might suggest?

I'm afraid it's not local (which, as you know, would include an imported shipping bump). I've been getting my Wings of Glory planes from CoolStuff. Waiting for the new X-Wing ships to release, so they and my WWII planes and extra Sails of Glory ships can get out of preorder limbo.
