Hello, I am writer and am wondering how to say "Cheers" in Hungarian?

Is Egészségedre correct?

Thanks for your time.

Saying cheers while having a drink translates as "egészségedre". If you use it as thanks then it is "kösz". At the end of a message it roughly means "üdv".

"egészségedre" literally means "good health" which English people also say sometimes when having a drink, but cheers is more commonly used.

"egészségedre" can also be used when other people sneeze, as the equivalent of "bless you".
