-FA the first MB using double Biotic, or simply let it get stolen.

Sometimes you have to roll the hard six.
I'm getting my men...
All the ICE strength is relatively low.
You found me!
I think now using Bullfrog is the right decision, so good job on that front
However, as previously mentioned, your ice will only protect you early game. Also, this deck has the same problem as the other you recently posted: x2 Jackson and x3 biotic is better, but not enough FA to win with.
Low ice strength is fine if you're getting subroutines out of it. It is extremely taxing if you're willing to build towers. But, I'd expect pup if that was really your goal, and more 2+ sub ice.
I'm not a fan of closed accounts without a tagger, and I see cerebral cast, but I feel like if you want to go in on that, you should just: 2x Scorch, 2x Archived Memories, 3x Closed Accounts, 3x Snare, 3x Cerebral Cast, 3x Neural EMP.
It doesn't feel like a strategy you can successfully go half in on.
Without the single point agendas I'm not sure that philo'ing is a win condition in this deck, so fast track, unless you're leaning on early game 5/3 rush, doesn't seem potent. I could see trying to score a 5/3 early and then lean back on Biotics for the 3/2's.
I played against a similar deck at regionals and that corp was not having a good day.
