Without knowing the rules of Win, Lose, Banana I made up a game that uses these three cards and is for 2 players. Have fun!

(If you dont know the Monty Hall problem check [url]http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monty_Hall_problemurl]).

Rules: One player is Monty Hall and shuffles the cards. ALL the cards.
He then places them face down in front of the other player (note that he doesnt know what is where either).
The other player is the contestant. He choses a card. Its not revealed just yet! Monty Hall choose a different card and peeks under it. Then he reveals on card that the contestant didnt choose. That may or may not be the card he saw.
The contestant than reveals one of the two remaining cards. Now there are three (yes 3!) possible outcomes:
1. He reveals WIN - He wins.
2. He reveals LOOSE - He is second place, trailing Monty Hall.
3. He reveals Banana - The players play another game, switching sides.
If the first Monty Hall wins or loses that concludes the game. If he also reveals Banana, the player wins who hasnt changed his original draw. If both changed their respective cards or both didnt the original Monty Hall wins.

Have fun!

regards
peer

How does he reveal a card the contestant didn't choose if he only peeks at one card? By default isn't Monty stuck only being able to reveal the card he looked at?

No. He can reveal the other card. This does allow for some bluffing, but its also quite risky.

(Its not a straight simulation of the Monty Hall problem, just a variant inspired by it)

Funny, I guess its a somewhat obvious idea :-)

(That game is much closer to Monty Hall than my, because the host knows all cards from the beginning and reveals all, while in mine, he knows one and reveals one...)
