I sent an email to the 'Days of Wonder' customer service (22 May 2014), but I have not yet received any response (after 20 days). I purchased a game from the Android market (Ticket to Ride).
Have any of you had similar experiences (with customercare)?

I would say just follow up with another email and see how it goes. There is hardly any customer service that can provide 100% response rate. Sometimes the staff overlooks, or some do not bother but most do. Either way, give it another shot.
