I've done some solo experimenting with the CR90. I think a support build with many upgrades doesn't make much sense, since energy and actions are very limited. I think I prefer an offensive build, and have come up with this (123 points):

CR90 Corvette (Aft) (57)
CR90 Corvette (40), Weapons Engineer (3), Quad Laser Cannons (6), Engineering Team (4), Tibanna Gas Supplies (4)

CR90 Corvette (Fore) (66)
CR90 Corvette (50), Han Solo (2), Quad Laser Cannons (6), Gunnery Team (4), Sensor Team (4)

Weapons engineer lets you take two Target Locks (out to range 5 with Sensor Team), which Han can convert to Focus. The second action would usually be Reinforce or Recover, Tibanna Gas Supplies gives you extra energy in an emergency situation. I'd probably add a single turbolaser for an Epic tournament where I would expect other Agility 0 ships.

Any thoughts or experiences with the CR90?

Not sure your wording matches your intention. Han can't turn a target lock into focus but can use a target lock to change focus die results to hits. But, I think that's proabaly what you meant.

In my several Epic games played, the CR90 really does seem to have a few auto-includes. If you don't include Han Solo and a Weapons Engineer along with a Gunnery Team, then you can expect your expensive CR90 to have literally 0 damage output. Without them, the CR90 doesn't exert much influence.

The Sensor Team isn't quite a must-have, but it is extremely useful and only a few points for a slot with no competition.

So basically, I agree with your build, and think it is probably the only build at the moment that will be worth its points. But it seems like you only have two hardpoints filled and would recommend that you throw in another quad laser on the fore.

Edit: You may want to consider adding the WED Repair Droid to the Fore section. Some critical hits are game over for the CR90, and putting it on the Fore means it doesn't compete with Reinforce/Recover at a time that you're already damaged and under fire. Another tip is to use the Tantive IV title if you have the WED droid, as if the Fore gets crippled, it will retain the Copilot slot granted from the Title card. The Fore will still get it's one action per round, and you can remove nasty lingering critical hits.

I used my CR90 for the first time (and rebels for the third time, woo) last night. Used one single turbolaser, one quad, gunnery team, backup shield, and engineering team. Overestimated the speed and arrived very late to the battle after my escorts got crushed, but I think next time I will use Gunnery Team, Sensor Team, two single turbolasers, a quad laser, the repair droid, tabana gas, and engineering team. A bit expensive, but one 5-dice attack and two 4 dice attacks with mini-focus and a target lock can put out some big damage. All my regular opponents fly Rebel exclusively (explaining why I always play Imperial...), so most of my opponents ships will be 1-agility, and should be torn to pieces pretty quick.

Using the Tantive IV title gives you a fourth Team slot. Can you run two copies of Gunnery Team and use the ability twice per round? Can you use the two Gunnery Teams on the same attack?

I think precedent has said that even if you have two of the same card you cannot use both in one turn.

Also, I consider the point cost for the Tantive title absurd. Spend a big chunk of points in order to spend more points!

I think you can, its just actions that you can't repeat in a single turn. e.g. If you equip 2 x Intelligence Agents you can look at two ships chosen maneuvers but I don't think 2 x gunner on the same ships works.

Gunnery Team is 'Limited' so I think you can only have one anyway.

Oh shoot, the builder I was using didn't indicate that.

Well, that makes the Tantive IV title a lot less appealing.

Sadly, the only Team you can use twice is the Sensor Team, which is useless in multiples.
