When you hit a banana peel, do you continue in the original direction you were heading before you hit the peel and just rotate you car? Or do you continue your remaining movement in the new direction shown on the drawn card?

If it is the latter, is the example on the last page of the two cars colliding a different procedure since the car hits the peel but continues in the original direction?

In short, do banana peels change direction or just car rotation and are there different rules for collisions?

When you hit a banana peel when moving under your own power, you rotate to the direction of the drawn card then move any remaining movement in the new direction.

If you are bumped by another monkey, then repelled over a banana peel, you draw the card and rotate, but keep going in the previous direction because you just being slid, not actually moving. yes it is a different procedure for collisions.

If you need more clarification, or have more questions, please let me know. thanks for playing.

Hi are you sure this is the case?.
Just seems out of context would inertia not cart to in the same direction of your original movement?
