So I got this today (the 1785SEP13 printing), and the very first card I read says:

"DELIVER (DISCARD) FIVE POINTS OF STRENGTH TROPHIES

You understand what the Talsiman is for, but do you know from whence it came?..."

What's the Talsiman? I can't find it mentioned in any of the other cards or the rules. Is this a hint of a future release - The Talsiman Expansion? I wonder if it will include the fabled Unicron card?

Not sure what your asking, thus the confusion if your serious. You need a Talisman to get to the center of the board. A Talisman can be gained in the Adventure deck or through Wizard Quests. Or beating up another player and taking theirs if they have one.

He's not asking what's a talisman. He's asking what's a talsiman.

I see now. I missed the subtle distinction. Is it not an obvious typo? Based upon my own personal experience, I could see how this might have slipped by.

WOW this is apparently an extremely common misspelling.
Seriously.
I just Googled "the talsiman" (without the quote), and there were almost 400,000 results, and pretty much every result on the first few pages was "talisman misspelled".
I didn't bother delving further...
