Get off my lawn!
The explanation: Impossible Triangle + TW (my company initials) = my logo.
Re: Alright, so exactly what variants are people using for 2
The Time Track is probably the Doom Track (still optional, but in the main rulebook in second edition) and as far as Co-Operative play, Midnight is where the action is. However, in either case I think the game works far better with four at the table than with two, co-operative or not. (My wife and I play two player only when we get a new expansion to ensure we have the rules down before springing it on the entire group, not for any competitive gameplay value).
I honestly think that Fantasy Pseudo-RPGs are best with a fair sized group, as are the traditional RPGs they descend from.
