I recently contacted Stronghold Games about a flawed game piece and asked if there was a way to purchase a new piece. I was amazed how quickly they responded to my request and replaced the piece for free.
I had emailed the company on a Saturday not expecting to hear from them until Monday. To my surprise, Stephen M. Buonocore emailed on Sunday morning and after sending him a photo of the flawed piece, he quickly responded by saying the new piece is on the way at no charge.
