So, I have all the large expansions, most of the lieutenants, the monster/hero expansions plus the conversion kit and original Descent heroes and monsters. Should I mix everything for our first campaign?

However, some people store the map tiles numerically. Some store them according to the expansion they came from since the quests use them from the expansions.

Other wise, mix away.

Personally due to large amount of stuff I find it helpful to so some sorting and pull out anything you are not using. The volume of content can be overwhelming and slow down setup/play time.

* All shop items should of course be in.
* After initial hero set up, remove all unused heroes and plot decks.
* remove all tiles and misc items from expansion that is not used in current game.
* Put mini expansion stuff together and separate as they are rarely used. Pull out only when playing rumor quests.

If you do this you can reduce a large % of stuff you have to handle.
