Actually I just looked at this video:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZK4jOqnEsnM

And I have lost all interest in the game. Why would the game be suddenly so supersized? Why is such a game a big box game? It makes no sense. This should be a Coup-sized game that you can easily carry with you at best.

In short? Get Coup. Much better.

We are open for pre-orders from anyone right now, so it's on their timetable at the moment.

Unfortunately, a 3 pound box as an individual item is expensive internationally. We are distributing the game internationally with multiple distributors in English so it should be available, pending your location, in local stores. We have many great international distributor partners we work with to broaden the reach of our English version games.

If we are, it'll just be us as individuals, not as a company with a booth. Many of our distribution partners will be at Essen though and I'm confident we'll have a lot of people selling our games there.

At the moment, we're still a small company, 5 people in total, so big trips like that are challenging for us on the resource side. We want to get there though so here's to the future

Well, I am ordering frequently from Funagain to EU and it's never cost this much. And why is a simple card game 3 pounds anyway? Even games like Libertalia, 7 Wonders and others have less weight?

I've been lucky enough to play a couple games of Sheriff of Nottingham at conventions and I want to point out that it is more than a card game. Just the prototype I played had cards, coins, cloth bags representing sacks that you are trying to get past the Sheriff, as well as player mats/reference sheets where you place your goods. Finally, there is a cool Sheriff badge that passes from player to player throughout each round, showing who is the Sheriff.

Some of these components are required (such as cards and sacks and coins) and some are just cool "bling" (such as the badge). But taken altogether, they really create a fun and memorable game experience which is unique. I anxiously await what the final package and components look and feel like, because I wanted to buy that prototype after one round of play!

I'm not sure how to take the silence on my earlier question. Was it ignored, or what it ignored for now because they have something in the works hmmm...

I wont be arriving until Thursday afternoon at Gencon, when I'm certain it will already be sold out, so I'm hoping for something in the works.

We're a small company Mitch, we attempt to stay on top of BGG as much as possible, but at times, things can be delayed in responding to, so I'm sorry if you felt ignored for any reason, that's not the case.

We will actually be limiting Sheriff sales each day, so we will have copies every morning in the hall, all the way through Sunday, so if you don't get in until Thursday, rest assured we'll have copies each morning. At the moment, the plan is roughly 100 copies each day. If that increases, we'll be sure to let people know.

I'll check and see what the options are for pre-order pick up at Gen Con and get back with you as soon as I know more as I'm sure many others would like to know that as well, and could impact their pre-orders.
