In the SCS rulebook (v1.8) there's an example of overrun attack on page 4. I can't seem to be able to grok the last sentence of that example. It says:
If unit 8 waits until after units 5 and 6 have left hex 11.06, it could overrun unit 14 from there for a total cost of 4 MPs.
Now I can't seem to make the MP cost add up. It costs 1 MP to move to 10.06, then another 3 MP to move to 11.06 (1 for clear terrain + 2 for EZOC) and then 2 MPs to make the overrun. So that adds up to 5 MPs, not 4... What am I missing?
