This may have been covered elsewhere I which case I apologise.

In the description it says the original version had extra cards to take it up to a 5 player game. I assume that these are duplicates of the existing card types and not additional types of building. Does anyone know what the additional cards were and in what quantities? Did they include duplicates of cards from the base game?

I am making my own copy and we normally play in a group of five so the extra cards would be great. My proof copy will be easy to add to but once we have decisions if we like it or not I want to go down the printer studio route and I don't want to get the order wrong

It's just another set of the starting buildings and landmarks.

So, to clarify, it is specifically 1 extra:
Amusement Park, Train Station, Radio Tower, Shopping Mall, City Hall,
Wheat Field, Bakery.... the Harbor and Airport

And one extra of each of the Purple cards?

That's what I've made so I hope so. It certainly seemed to play alright with those numbers. The card distribution mechanism seems to work quite differently when playing with five, so keeping the same numbers of the others seems to work ok.

I have played it with 5 and this game seems to turn into a different thing altogether. In my defense, it was with a group who had never played before. So it was a quite long game and I didn't enforce the limit on special buildings.

If you still need it, I created a list that's color coded to indicate both the new sets of building cards and the additional cards needed for the 5th player. Now I know what to pull when I want to revert to the base game. Hope it helps!

Fantastic, thanks. I'll print a copy off and add it to the rules sheets in my copy.
