Happy "Happy Day" to you all. Some of you know about it, but for those of you who don't - Happy Day started by me 16 years ago on July 16. It was a day to celebrate just being happy! It is not just my day but it is a day I try to tell everyone and get you all to celebrate. So, today, and every July 16, do whatever makes you happy! It's not about buying presents, or just having another reason to get drunk, but truly celebrate being happy If it is by yourself or with your family and friends go celebrate and be happy! Happy "Happy Day" all of you!!!!!!!!!!!

What are your plans for Happy Day? Or how did you already celebrate?

Maybe it's just me, but I find the idea of an institutionalised Happy Day rather depressing...

I get drunk every day so that was right out as any kind of celebration.

I celebrated the day remembering that I was watching the lift-off of Apollo 11 back in the gym of my grade school just after 9:30 in the morning. Look at that Saturn V go!

I wish I could have celebrated Happy Day.... but I was very unhappy. Just had a Turboplasty surgery done. The surgery itself went fine, but now I feel like a ton of bricks hit me in the nose. It's like the worst head cold I've ever had. So I guess you could say that I celebrated Happy Day yesterday by skipping work and sleeping all day....
