You want to play Feds, the Borg will be out in force, Klingons will be Lurking, the Dominion will be posturing and faction mixing is allowed.

The only rules are all the ships must be fed ships. Any thing else can be mixed.

My fleet at the moment is probably:

This is about as strong a Torpedo configuration as you can make.

The Yaeger in that configuration will spew out 4 or 5 hits every turn as long as its alive and can get a target lock. The extra movement of the ind dominion flagship should help position it to either get a hit, or avoid one in early game situations. Li Nalas and Lojour give the Excelsior 3 consecutive turns of quantums before having to reload. With the flagship for the TL, the free scan give BS via Spock. The Ship action can be used to activate Scotty for +2 dice. Lore may seem like a strange choice, but he can chew up disabled Lojur and Li Nalas as well as Scotty after he activates to make the first 3 volleys each hit for 9 potentially. Militia is there in case we don't get the scan to have BS and transwarp is to help facilitate torpedoes out the rear.

Your build is illegal because Mr. Spock is unique he can't be on both ships even in different slots. Captain Spock and crewman Spock count as the same card for purposes of uniqueness.

KHAAAAAAAAANNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!! Those 2 Spocks just beg to be played together, lol.

In that case I'd drop Militia from Lore's ship and put JLP as the captain of the Yaeger.

Any one else have a Federation build they would like to share?

I thought you could ignore the unique rule in Spock's case, just as long as you doctor one of the cards with a picture of Zachary Quinto...
