Stuff like this is why I don't like 2 player CoC. First strike is too strong. Great 3-4 player, though.

I once destroyed my bro-in-law in a 2p game by the end of round 2. He still won with more points than me should have thought that through a little more

I'm curious, did you roll the die for the barbarian attack?

The rules say that if the barbarian scores a hit(s) it destroys a unit for each hit, if no units, then a city piece for each hit. It doesn't say an undefended city is automatically destroyed.

No I did not, I actually forgot to roll... We somehow assumed that an undefended city would automatically be destroyed, but you are totally right. I still needed to roll a hit. Guess we'll never know if I actually won or not.

Next time you're with that opponent, choose to make a roll that is *THE ROLL*.

If you loose the roll, then pick up the game where you left off, or call it a draw. laugh

We, members of the forum, require that you, Abyad, publish a follow-up post within 48h of the execution of *THE ROLL*.

Comply, or face our eternal damnation.

Personally, I can be bribed from eternally damning you for the low low price of a cupcake and/or brownie.

So I did *THE ROLL* today, under the careful watch of my opponent:

N/A

And I rolled a 5. I won!

During turn 3, while my opponent was doing his 3 actions, I started to giggle a bit, knowing what I was about to do.

At this point, instead of giggling, I hope you laughed maniacally.
