I'm playing Watcher in the Water hoping to get a second victory in the bag, and I've run into an issue. Legolas was going in for the kill on a Grasping Tentacle ( http://hallofbeorn.com/Cards/Details/Grasping-Tentacle-TWitW ) but the enemy's effect triggered, allowing it to attach to Legolas and reduce his ATK and DEF to 0. Obviously I want this thing off of him, but seeing as Miner of the Iron Hills can't get rid of it (as it is not a Condition type) and I have no removal for it short of killing the thing. That brings me to the heart of the question: Is Grasping Tentacle still considered an enemy? Can it attack and be attacked?

TL;DR After Grasping Tentacle... grasps... can I still kill it?

The Grasping Tentacle loses its enemy type while attached.

Best not to attack a Grasping Tentacle with anyone who you'd rather not become useless.

This is where you "chump" attack with something in addition to Legolas.

Yeah, that's how I got around it last time. I was in dire straits right off the bat in this game, so I wanted to just get the damned thing gone, but I chose... poorly.
