You've just burned your brain, you've given it all that you got, the final play has been made and now it's time to DETERMINE THE SCORE. This is going to take a while...

Kingdom Builder This one takes me FOREVER..
7 Wonders This one takes us some time as well but it's always exciting since the scores are usually very close.

My favorite 18xx game for six players is two games of 1846 with three players each.

Another example is Light Speed because the actual play can be over in 15 seconds and the scoring certainly takes longer than that.

That's half the game's fun for me, determining the final score! And also it's a factor that lowers the in-game AP. This calls for a geeklist, btw!

Stone Age takes it's fair share of time to determine the final score.

Arg, I was going to be all clever and mention Light Speed, and you beat me to it

15 seconds to play, 5 minutes to figure out who won.

If you include time spent crystal-counting during the game, [=seasons]Seasons[/] could be up there.

If you do take score in Space Alert, it's a fit: 10 minutes to play, 15 minutes to check what actually happened.

We played For Sale last night as our last end the night game ... I handed my stack of money cards to my fellow player and said "I can't add these." I just didn't feel like doing all that math in my head.

Pretty much anything by Knizia takes longer to score than to play!

For me, Nations is probably the worst culprit when determining a final score. I like doing math though, so figuring out my final score is fun

scoring apps are your friend in many cases. 7 wonders isn't that bad either way if you are decent at math, but the app makes things easier still.

I think perhaps Santa Fe Rails, which has less fame than some other train games from the same designer.

Keyflower takes a long time to score, and the scoring can be pretty fiddly. I wish they had a scoring app for it.

And if you're playing with the Expansion, another 10 minutes to update your logs and level up your character.

I know that technically this is a little off topic but there is a great, free scoring app for 7 Wonders.
