I have my crayon and butcher paper—though I expect it will be very difficult to obtain, as I will only have a fraction of a second for the rubbing proper.

It's weird that they ordered the chinstraps one size too small for everyone.

Was going to ask if that was photoshopped--if so, I need one of those hats, because they make those guys look huge--but then it looks like she's already giving the guy on her left a, uhh, rubbing of the queen.

Watch it. That lady was a certified jeep mechanic during WWII. She might have a lug wrench handy and she'd know how to swing it.

If you say 'Fancy a rubbing?' in your best British accent I think the Queen is bound by law to comply. I could have that wrong, though.

Because yes, there is 'a' British accent, in the same way that there is 'an' American accent...

As one of H.M.'s subjects - albeit a highly factious and rebellious one - I have to inform you that the penalty for even attempting to rub the monarch is being held in the Tower, pillory in the stocks, and public beheading in Trafalgar Square.

And you don't even want to know what the dudes in the bearskin hats get to do to you...surprise

In New York City that costs extra.

In the interest of giving credit where credit is due, my avatar is a scan of a hand-drawn caricature by cartoonist Jim Naylor which was done at my company's 20th anniversary dinner.

In this country we all have metal discs with an embossed image that allow us to do this any time we want.

As grey traces of dawn tinge the eastern sky, the three travellers, men of Willowdale, emerge from the forest's shadow. Fording the river, they turn south, journeying into the dark and forbidding lands of The Necromancer...

Too bad Freddy Mercury isn't still around, as he could likely fulfill such a request.

EDIT: Do the gangsta thugs in London wear their trousers about 4 inches below their ass crack like here in the colonies? I can picture these guys running after them when they attempt to rub the Queen...one holding his pants up and the other holding his hat on...
