Hi, I am new to the site. I am a pretty big fan of board games. I am wanting to design my own game board and cards. So where should I start? Any suggestions on what to use to design the board? Thanks and I will appreciate any help.

I'm sorry, I should have been more specific. I already know what I want to do. This would be a game for personal use not something I want to try and market. I just have no idea how to get started with designing the game board. I already know what graphics I want and how I want to arrange it. I just need to put it together so that I can have it printed.

Check out thegamecrafter.com.
I've got a couple games in the development phase, and they're my go to for parts. They'll do printing of cards and boards and such if your pieces are standard-sized.

There's also printplaygames.com.
Some of their stuff is a little pricier, but they'll do custom cuts.
