Mine would be......

Galaxy Trucker with Merchants and Marauders.

First phase, build you pirate ship with "junk" in a time limit. Sail the seas, if you blow up another players ship, you get a time limit to salvage scrap to bolt onto your current ship.

Upgrades available at various ports and carrying out missions.

Well, this is three games, but give me the license from Legendary: A Marvel Deck Building Game, the license from CapCom Street Fighter Deck-Building Game, and some of the mechanics from either Yomi or BattleCON: Devastation of Indines.
BOOM! My favorite video game series, Marvel VS Capcom, in board game form.

A friend of mine play a mash-up of Carcassonne and Dominion (Carcaminion? Dominissonne?)

The games played exactly the same way except that to place a Carcassonne tile, you had to pay 2 gold from your hand. Then at the end the player with the highest combined score wins.

They'd be extremely well dressed in fancy clothes, but then you'd realize that the outfit didn't really tie together very well and was just kinda thrown on as an afterthought?

Hansa Teutonica combined with Ticket to Ride

Ok, technically this would be a retheme of Hansa Teutonica with brightly colored train pieces, because people want to play a game with a train on the cover more than a game with an accountant with a quill on the cover.

Kemet and Cyclades! Oh wait...

So take Eclipse, and replace the combat dice mechanic with the dice mechanic of Descent: Journeys in the Dark (Second Edition).

love the Carcassonne Dominion mash up. So in some turns you can build more than 1 tile, if you have muliple buy actions?

Mine would be X-Wing Miniatures Game, and Zombicide.

You start as 4-6 X-Wings, and TIE Fighters come spawning in from all corners of the map, every turn. When you "search" rooms you can find proton torpedoes, etc.

Some friends played Fluxx & Jenga at the same time (actually I think a couple of people were only playing one of the games), and we were discussing either getting Fluxx Blanxx to integrate them or getting a charity shop (or clone) Jenga set and writing Fluxx type things on the bricks. My suggestion was that the tower would be the draw pile. I suspect "New rule: draw 5" would lead to the game ending pretty quickly.

Yep

Here's the end result:

(My friend apparently lost due to that gigantic incomplete city)
