I tried this with the 63.5 x 88 premium sleeves and the card fits loose in the sleeve both directions. Also, the sleeve does not fit in the insert on the sleeve direction. The sleeve has to bend to shove it in there flat down like the cards lay without sleeves in the other direction. What is the proper sleeve size??

Hmm. The insert was designed for 63.5x88, but it looks like 62x89 fits. Sorry about that.

Where can that size be found? Mayday doesn't show that size.

the cards are 57x88. I just sleeved them with Mayday Chimera Premium sleeves (#7078) and they fit EXACTLY right. This is what you should use. (Regular Chimera fits perfect too.)

Christian, I'm not sure what size you thought you'd be getting, but that's what you got. Be careful when you do your expansion that any new cards are exactly the same size.
