I would like to share my experience with the customer service at Z-Man Games. When I bought Pandemic the yellow cure marker was broken in half. I submitted a request for replacement through their website. I received the replacement part less than 2 weeks later. The process was quick and easy. I am happy with the quick results.

The CS at Z-Man Games is always awesome. I'm glad that you are please with their service.

That being said, this should probably be under Discussing Retailers.
