Does this mean that the first place winner will receive a borg cube along with ALL other prizes mentioned? They would of course be in the top 16, 8, 4, and 2. If this is the case, it might be worth it to go to one of these events!

I would expect no scenario with a high possibility of no terrain on 2x3 maps.

Based off GenCon events.

I'm hoping there's more to them than that, but if so at least that would save me the hassle and expense of attending any of them.

Do you think this "Tournament Booster Pack for Sealed Play" means that we will be playing 120 point lists? or just 100 point lists? Or is everything we need going to be in the sealed box? That is my question.

I agree with you. At least Xwing players get to place those same 6 asteroids in a tournament. If a STAW qualification tournament does not have any terrain, that is a major point of failure.

A planet right smack in the middle of the map would at least be nice.

It has been brought to my attention the Assimilation Target Prime is no longer a prize, and wizkids will be foisting off the rest of their card-less DS9s as the second prize instead. Updated prize structure.

That stinks.

Thankfully our TO rescheduled OP3 or we were going to have to miss it for regionals. I was going to be ok with it thinking we still had a chance at a ATP.

Some people have had problems finding the Chicago Area regional's link. So just to be safe I'm posting it here for completeness. (I'm the TO for the Chicago event.)
