Just wanted to create a repository for everyone to share some of their MoD sessions because I think some of the stories that come out of it are fun, and it's always interesting to see what others do with strange situations.
For starters, let me share one of mine:
5 Players, one playing as the boss.
Mission Objective: To kill 4 wizards. (mission from book of missions)
1st: Fireball. Death by Feral Cat. Received an invitation for magic prowess demonstration in the Tower of Magic (an structure or place) where he was gifted with a baby feral cat (some kind of baby). Failed to be sent to the moat (technology, I know, far fetched but at least it was an attempt), but died after eating a poisoned Feral Cat Stew (something poisonous).
2nd: Snakeomancer. Death by paint fumes. His favorite pet snake was abducted (animal), when he tried to recover it, a failed attempt to cripple him with bow and arrow was made (sports equipment). One of the assassins used something her mother always cutioned her about: a Frutsi (a beverage with lots of sugar and chemicals); she threw a congealed can of Frutsi hitting the wizard on the head leaving him unconscious. Finally, a cloth drenched in paint (something created after year 2000) was used to asfixiate him.
3rd: Madbeard. Death by stuffed. A "living" wig (headgear) was used to lure the beard, then a barber knife (something created before 1900) was used to cut it and then it was stuffed inside a teddy bear (something with 5 letters; in spanish, teddy bear can be called osito). A gas canister was used to confound a witness (weapon), then the teddy bear was given to a baby (some kind of baby) for evidence elimination and finally another witness was distracted with an unicorn (something that does not exist).
4th: The 'Zard. Death by bass. This guy was hypnotised with a magic flute (music instrument), with it he was lured to a specialist's flying saucer, who took him over a lake and let him fall where a mythical bass (mythical creature) jumped out and ate him.
All in all, a very fun afternoon. My friends agreed that it is a good game, but it requires the correct crowd for it to work fine.
