Hey guys,

I've gotten the city of the ancients all made up now and was thinking of doing a video PBF sort of thing, I'd be the gunslinger, as he goes first so I can do all the big stuff like resolving the encounters and holding back the darkness and then go through everyone elses turn in a video.

Not sure if a) it'll work (don't go into this expecting Rodney's level of skill and video processing)
b) if anyones keen, my wife is adamant with me rolling all the dice it takes the fun out of it for you guys?

Anyway let me know, I'd post the first video on here, and then just upload future ones to my youtube channel, to stop it from spamming this site.

I'd welcome ideas on how to manage things like dice rolls and the like.

I fully intend to create a TileSet plugin for this very reason. Are there custom dice or just normal D6s?

IIRC SoBS uses the following die types:
d6, d8 and the custom Peril die numbered 3,3,4,4,5,6.

Cool I'll film a basic intro vid to the characters and get people to choose starting skills. Would people prefer the known movement? It would make for significantly easier planning of moves.

Keep an eye out on the video channel, respondees here will be given preference in being in the game!

When I play, I'm going to prefer rolling for movement.

But, for the video, maybe it's better to have fixed movement (for our character at least), to make it easier.

Also, I'll just roll with whatever class/starting skills others choose.
I think it will be interesting not knowing ahead of time.
And it may end up being a hero, with a skill set, that I otherwise may not have considered playing when I do get the game.
