Since it's a magazine, I suggest a blog.

Is it actually a magazine, or is it a video?

If the video is about 1 game, then even if it's also in a blog, you can submit it as a video for the game.

If the video is about even 2 games, you should not submit it to either or both games. But, you can have it in a blog and link to both games.

Videos require GeekMod approval, which could be slow for German videos. (I don't know.)

Links from a blog cause reverse links from the blog section of each game, but you can put "(video)" in the blog or blog entry title to let users know it's a video.

Users can subscribe to a blog easily. They can also subscribe to your videos, but it's a little harder; I think some people don't like subscribing to users because it feels too "NSA".

Blogs entries can be published whenever you wish. No approval is needed, even if they include videos.

Note that all videos on BGG are actually on YouTube or Vimeo. Approving a video is approving a link to YouTube or Vimeo.
