I've just ordered the game from Amazon.de and just wondering if anyone can comment on how it plays with just two players?

Does it affect the balance or flow of the game at all?

I love the game with any number of players, 2 through 5.

You can take my game… when you pry my cold, dead fingers off the board!

I have played mostly just with 2 players and it works great. As with any other dice game, there is less downtime with 2 (even though this one does have the neat mechanism of progressing on other people's turns).

Great game!

Great with all player counts because you can complete your objectives on other player's turns. The play time goes up slightly with each additional player but not by much, it's no problem at all. With only two players it is quicker but just as engaging. You can even lengthen and shorten the game by playing to a different number of points.

I might be best with 2, just because you get to roll more, but yeah, it'd say it's great with all numbers.
