Hello, everyone.

I am trying to throw a "fancy" wine and cheese party, where we dress very formally but just sit around and play boars games.

However, due to this theme, I would like to keep the board games with the theme, and I'm having some trouble thinking of games.

My playgroup enjoys games with little setup time, so the first game I thought of was Mascarade, as it keeps the regal, formal theme but is also a fun and lighter game.

Possibly Elevenses as well, although I know little of the game.

After that, I have no idea. I would love some suggestions and recommendations.

Thanks, everyone!

Wits & Wagers or Lords of Vegas might fit nicely with a classy casino link.

And Greed Incorporated could definitely fit, but the price reflects the expensive theme of the night!

High Society
Rococo
Royal Palace

(Since you mentioned Elevenses, I assume this is for four people?)

Wow, a fancy party where you play with boars? This sounds like your only option:
Pig Pong

GENIUS.

But sorry, I should have clarified. It will be 4 players, although a 5th and 6th can be added if it adds to the game. The ideal length is less than 2 hours a game.

Belle of the Ball would be perfect as it is all about hosting a "Fancy Schmancy Party" I just got mine from the KS campaign so I'm not sure if you'll be able to get it in time for your event, maybe the next one if it's a hit.

Elevenses should work just fine.
+1 Rococo and Royal Palace
